Accra’s biggest urban youth brand LIVE 91.9 FM is set to launch on January 22.
After
nine months of being on air, the EIB Network-owned brand is set to go
full scale as it seeks to consolidate its lead on Ghana’s growing urban
youth space.
Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Efya and M.anifest among a host
of other mainstream acts will grace what station handlers say will be
the biggest rooftop experience in the history of Ghana’s entertainment industry.
The January 22 event will also see the launch of the
station’s National Youth Conference, which is expected to kick-start
series of events tailored to enrich the minds of its incredibly awesome
target audience.
A successful story that started in May 2015,
LIVE FM has grown to become Accra’s best testament of what youthful
exuberance when unrestricted in creativity, can do.
Stocking the
best young talents available locally in Antoine Mensah, Sammy Forson,
Jeremie Van Garshong, Giovani Caleb, and Berla Mundi, as well as some of
Ghana’s best Disc Jockeys, the station continues to be at the forefront
of an inspiring youthful ecosystem.
Business Manager at LIVE FM
John Foley says: “We are excited about the launch. Finally, we get to
launch an exciting business that has got the city talking for months.
LIVE
FM has become a voice for the youth who look this way for daily
inspiration. Our programming content is strategically placed to aid the young Ghanaian millennial.”
Events Manger, Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD) adds that “everything is set for a good show on January 22. We are
going to deliver a once-in-a-lifetime launch.”
LIVE FM is owned
by leading media group EIB Network, which also owns Starr FM, Kasapa FM, Ultimate FM, Ghone TV, Agoo FM, and the Daily Heritage newspaper. |
