(Make right choice on November 7) What does Mr. Rawlings means



Former president Jerry John Rawlings has called on Ghanaians not to be coerced by any political party to vote for to come November 7, 2016.Ghana goes to the polls in November to elect a new president and parliamentarians in a seventh election under the Fourth Republic.

Rawlings said Ghanaians should have the will to vote for the political party of their choice. He was speakingwhen he paid homage to the late paramount chief of the Osudoku traditional area over the weekend.The former military ruler advised the electorate to make the right choice during the general elections. He was accompanied by his wife Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings.
The election, according to political pundits, is a straight fight between incumbent John Dramani Mahama and New Patriotic Party flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo. The two are facing off for the second time after the 2012 elections which saw the National Democratic Congress candidate being declared the legitimate winner after a long legal battle in the Supreme Court.
