A 17-year-old girl bitten by a snake on a Free State farm is in a stable condition in a Bloemfontein hospital.
The Cape Cobra bit
Ané Meyer on the shoulder while she was sleeping on her family's farm,
Merino, outside Bloemfontein, on Tuesday, her mother Marita Meyer said
on Wednesday .
Ané was in a lot of pain and all her muscles were sore, but there were no other negative symptoms, she said.
