Former Prez. Kufuor’s convoy involved in an Accident

The convoy of former President Kufuor was Thursday involved in an accident at Mango down near Patase, a suburb of Kumasi.

Reports say the Police dispatch rider who was leading the convoy to Atasemanso crashed into a biker who was coming from the opposite direction.

The name of the biker has been identified to be 58-year-old Samuel Jayer. He has been rushed to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for treatment. This incident, according to eye witnesses, happened Thursday evening.

It is however, unclear what caused the incident.
