Now the stunning WAG, 29, has shared a picture of her placenta in pill form on Twitter, excitedly tweeting: "Looking forward to starting my capsules @placentaplus1 .... Thank you xx."
However she's keen for the world to understand - it's NOT all because Kim did it.
